Today game’s developer, Crystal Dynamics made the latest announcement confirming the Marvel’s Avengers game microtransactions. The latest feature is added because of the customization items as the most AAA games offer along with microtransactions.
Recently, Crystal Dynamics’ lead developer Shaun Escayg talked about the game’s details during an interview with IGN. According to Escayg, the Avengers game will provide players with all kinds of customization outfits for each hero, which can be bought through microtransactions. Although the game’s combat designer Vincent Napoli said that they Avengers game microtransactions will not affect the gameplay at all, and will be used only for extra stuff.
There are other aesthetic ways to customize your player card and your player experience, but there is nothing that affects the gameplay.
Crystal Dynamics didn’t reveal any further game’s details. However, they did mention that the game is free of loot boxes and Pay-to-Win mechanism gameplay. Square Enix announced that the game’s post-launch content and new heroes will be made free to all players who own the core game.
With the confirmed collaboration of both Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics, three more studios, Eidos-Montreal, Crystal Northwest and Nixxes Software will also work on the latest Marvel’s Avengers game. The voice actors for the latest game are also announced from which Nolan North will voice over for Tony Stark and Troy Baker will be doing voice over for Bruce Banner.
The latest Avengers game story mode will be playable in solo as well as four-player co-op. The original Avengers like Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Hawkeye, Black Widow, and Hulk are already included upon the game launch. The new Marvel’s Avengers game is scheduled for release on May 15, 2020, for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows.
