Control Release Date Announced Along With Epic Games Store Exclusive For PC

Alan Wake’s developers Remedy Entertainment has announced Control release date a new action-adventure title coming for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on August 27 this year. The game was revealed on E3 2018 which received a title for most anticipated games of 2019. The game release date has also followed some rumors forecasting about Xbox game store listing this year.

Control features a women Jesse Faden, who is obsessed with supernatural abilities. The game’s start with Jesse breaking into Federal Bureau of Control which is a fictional agency working for researches on paranormal activities. However, her urge to know her powers brings her into a fight to protect the Bureau against evil forces.

Jesse abilities consist of telekinesis to tear environment apart, or controlling mind to lift herself up and fly through the air. On the other hand, her abilities let her control the minds of others through seizing them to fight alongside her.

The new Control will be played through a third-person perspective which will allow the use of both hands firearms alongside melee combat as there was in Quantum Break. The game mentioned a Director’s Pistol which is a transforming pistol and can be molded into any shape along with upgrades to a range of different abilities for her.

The trailers have revealed that the new Control will be set in fascinating perfectly designed world that will make sense to each level of the game. There will be the exploration of a structure known as The Oldest House which is the one of the headquarters of government bureau that the protagonist is under the search for.

While a recent interview with game’s director Mikael Kasurinen has also mentioned the game similarities to the atmosphere control in 2018’s movie Annihilation. While Remedy Entertainment’s Sam Luke said the game will be giving players to try different scenarios which makes the game whole lot of crazy. Control will be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Epic Store exclusive for PC.
